• Custom development — Bespoke web development services tailored to client requirements.
• Theme customization — Modification of existing themes to meet specific design needs.
• Support & documentation — Technical assistance and user guides for purchased products.

3. Licenses & Usage Rights

3.1 Products License

When you purchase a theme or template from Ridianur, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-end-use license to use the product. This license permits you to:

• Use the product on one primary domain (single-end-use).
• Create multiple derivative works for up to five end products (e.g., client websites).
• Modify the product for your own use or your clients' use.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product as-is or with minimal modifications.
• Use the product to create a competing template or theme.
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from the product.
• Sub-license, sublicense, or transfer the license to a third party.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Freemius, a trusted payment platform. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Payment is processed securely via credit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products. Refunds are available when a purchased theme or template contains a bug or issue that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Custom development services are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to project initiation.

5. Licensing & Product Access

We do not require users to create accounts on our website. All product licensing, downloads, and updates are managed through Freemius, our licensing and payment partner.

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key via email to activate and download your products. Your license key is tied to your purchase and enables access to updates and support for that specific product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and code, is the property of Ridianur or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software obtained from the Website.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Website.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate Ridianur or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridianur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website or products.

11. Modifications to Terms
